List of documents present for opening a correspondent account
For resident banks:
- Application for opening a correspondent account (for each requested account).
- Agreement for correspondent account.
- Copy of Charter certified in notary office (with amendments and changes).
- Copy of banking licence issued by Central Bank )certified in notary office).
- Copy of Certificate on registration in state bodies (certified in notary office).
- Certificate of registration in State Tax inspection (for each requested account)
- Samples of authorized signatures and stamp, certified in notary office (2 copies).
- Copy of extract (protocol or resolution) about appointment to position of authorized persons (certified in notary office).
- Copy of assessment by Central Bank for authorized persons (certified in notary office).
