According to the decision of General Meeting of Shareholders Xalq Insurance has increased its share capital by 3 916 700AZN up to 21 061 500 AZN.
The share capital was increased as a result of inflating nominal share value by capitalizing net profit of 2009 year and retained earnings of previous years.
Xalq Insurance was established in 2005 and today is one of the leading insurance companies of Azerbaijan.
