Who is eligible?

Age: 20–70 years old (as of the end of the credit term)

Employment history: Minimum 6 months at the current place of employment

Installments: Purchases made at XalqKart Petrol Taksit partner merchants through Xalq Bank POS terminals can be split into installments of up to 24 months.

Grace period: A grace period of up to 72 days applies to one-time purchases made without installments. Cash withdrawals and cash-equivalent transactions are not eligible for the grace period.

The outstanding balance may be repaid interest-free by the 10th day of the second month following the transaction.

If the outstanding balance is not repaid within the grace period, interest is calculated for each calendar day from the transaction date (annual interest rate — 20%).

Cash withdrawal: Up to 100% of the assigned credit limit may be withdrawn in cash. The cash withdrawal fee is 1.5% (minimum AZN 2).

The grace period does not apply to cash withdrawals and cash-equivalent transactions, including transfers, loan repayments, betting and gambling transactions, e-wallet top-ups, etc. Interest is calculated daily from the transaction date.

The annual percentage rate (APR) for the XalqKart Petrol Taksit: min. 22.35%, max. 26.96%.

Debt repayment: The minimum monthly payment for XalqKart Petrol Taksit must be made between the 1st and 10th day of each month. The minimum monthly payment includes accrued interest, 5% of the interest-bearing principal balance, and the monthly installment payment.

Outstanding balances on XalqKart Petrol Taksit can be repaid via the XalqOnline mobile application, Xalq Bank branches, and payment terminals.

Bonus: A 3% Oil Bonus is awarded for each one-time purchase made with the XalqKart Petrol Taksit card without installments. Bonuses earned during the current month are credited to the bonus account on the last business day of that month. Accumulated Oil Bonuses can be redeemed for fuel at Azpetrol stations. 1 Oil Bonus = 1 AZN

For cashless transactions made at merchants that are not XalqKart cashback/bonus partners, a maximum of 30 Oil Bonuses per month can be earned for transactions within the same MCC code group.
